We come to you and lead a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout utilizing 1:1 mitt work inspired by martial arts. HIIT the Mitt will get you fitter, toner, and stronger, at a time and place of your choosing.
1:1 MITT WORK
You, me, and 14+ rounds of kickboxing + technique.
2:1 MITT WORK
Same concept, but split the cost with a friend. $75 per person.
PACKAGE OF 1:1
Buy a package of ten 1:1 sessions, and save $75.
PACKAGE OF 2:1
Buy a package of ten 2:1 sessions, and save $150. $675 per person.
